Fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Contaminated Land Specialist to take on a key role within
a rapidly expanding Global Consultancy Business.
My client is a highly regarded Global Consultancy firm with significant expansion plans for their UK business. In this key role, you will play a significant part of their growth strategy in their southern region. Based from their Central Bristol offices you will have the opportunity to grow and develop team of specialists servicing their extensive client base.
The role will be well supported by the wider business and you will be given ample resources to ensure you succeed.
You should ideally have upwards of 8 years’ experience in a relevant role, with demonstrable technical, commercial and project management track record. You should have excellent written and verbal skills, as well as a desire to lead a team and undertake regular client facing and networking.
My client works with a host of different client types across the region and are involved in identifying and mitigating ground associated risks with various assets, potential acquisitions and disposal.
The role will entail the following responsibilities:
• project management/delivery
• technical input on Phase I and Phase II land condition assessments
• significant client interaction
• securing work opportunities
• proposal writing
• developing and leading a team
My client is seeking someone with a good understanding of the South West market, with a track record of working with various stakeholders across the region. You should enjoy the challenge of developing client relationships and positioning yourself as the “go to” person.
You will be well supported by the wider team and the business unit director. They would welcome applications from candidates who are ambitious and keen to prove their ability in this role, hence receive significant input and training.
