On 2nd June 2019, Jeremy ran 30 miles of the West Mendip way in aid of Weston Hospicecare, 5 hours and 45 minutes of running up and down the Mendip Hills, much of it in driving rain. It was a fantastic event with brilliant support throughout.
His lack of serious training meant that the last 10 miles were incredibly tough. Luckily, he was ably assisted by a couple of friends who kept him going to the end, finishing off with a well-deserved ice bath and a beer.
