Rare opportunity for an experienced Ecologist to manage an established team of a highly regarded independent consultancy based between Bristol and Bath.
My client runs a highly successful consultancy with a strong employee ethos and value proposition. Their specialist area is not only consulting, but also habitat creation. They operate across the UK on many of the UK’s leading infrastructure projects, including HS2 and highway schemes.
Playing a significant role within this highly sought-after consultancy, you will be leading a team of experienced Ecologists, managing a varied workload for various planning schemes, mitigation and restoration projects. You will be responsible for supervision of projects, ensuring delivery to the highest standards.
As well as supervision of work, you will be involved liaising and managing clients as well as various stake holders. You will have significant input on supporting the Directors in the business strategy and work winning initiatives. The role comes with significant scope for progression and becoming a company Director within very realistic time frames.
